When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The shipping times featured during the checkout process are estimates provided by the carrier of how long the order will take to arrive once it has been processed and shipped out.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

Yes, in order to receive the Essentials Travel Set Free Trial, you must enroll in a subscription for the full-sized versions of the included products. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

What’s the difference between full-sized and travel-sized?

The travel-sized versions of the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash contain 3 oz of the product, whereas the full-sized versions contain 8 oz. The travel-sized Face Moisturizer contains 1 oz of the product, whereas the full-sized version contains 2 oz.

How do I manage my subscription?

To add or cancel a subscription, choose “Login” on the menu bar, click “Manage Subscription,” and enter your email to be sent a login link. Follow the link in the corresponding email and you’ll be automatically logged in and able to manage your subscriptions.

What is Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) Shipping, and Which Countries Are Eligible?

Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping is a comprehensive shipping method where all duties and taxes are included within the shipping cost upfront. This ensures that there are no additional charges upon the receipt of your order.DDP shipping is available for the following countries: Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) member countries, Australia (AU), Mexico, Ireland, and Japan.At the point of checkout, the duties and taxes will be clearly itemized as part of your total costs, providing transparency and ease of understanding of your final purchase amount. Specifically, for customers in the UK and the EU, product prices are displayed as "VAT-inclusive." This means that the import tax is already calculated within the product cost, ensuring a seamless shopping experience without the worry of unexpected fees.

What Happens If My Country Is Not Included in the Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) List?

For destinations outside the aforementioned Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) countries, orders are dispatched under the terms of Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Under DDU shipping, any applicable duties and taxes incurred upon the order's arrival will be the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are advised to be aware of their local customs policies and charges that may apply upon delivery.
