Shipping policy:

For domestic (U.S.) orders: Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The shipping times featured during the checkout process are estimates provided by the carrier of how long the order will take to arrive once it has been processed and shipped out. They are estimates of transit time, and do not include processing time. We cannot guarantee these estimates to be accurate, as delays across all carriers are common at this time. As a result, we also do not provide refunds for shipping charges or reshipments if carriers are late or delayed.

If you select the “2-Day Express Option” and your order is placed prior to 12PM EST on a business day, you will receive your order 2 business days later.

If you select the “2-Day Express Option” and your order is placed after 12PM EST on a business day (or if it is placed any time during a non-business day), your order will ship on the next available business day, and then arrive 2 business days following that.

Please note that if your shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete, this may delay your order and cause additional processing time, including orders placed with the "2-Day Express Option".

All shipping costs are the amounts paid entirely and directly to the carrier. They are provided to us by the carrier based on the shipping level and size of the package.

For international orders: Any import duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are not factored into the order amount. We are not involved in any customs related payments, and cannot issue refunds for any customs duties or taxes paid. There may also be other additional fees required for the delivery of the shipment, depending on the regional carrier.

Shipping times may vary depending upon region. Processing for international Atlantis EDP orders may take longer than 1 to 2 business days. Transit times may vary as well. In most cases, international Atlantis EDP orders tend to take 7 to 12 business days to arrive after being shipped, pending any delays in transit.

We cannot guarantee the transit estimates displayed during the checkout process to be accurate for international orders, as delays across all carriers are common at this time. As a result, we also do not provide refunds for shipping charges if carriers are late or delayed.

International Return Policy:

At this time, our policy does not accommodate international returns, primarily due to the logistical intricacies and the diverse regulatory landscape of international shipping. Managing cross-border returns entails navigating complex customs, shipping, and tax protocols, which can potentially lead to significant delays and additional costs for our customers.In the exceptional circumstance of a package being lost, stranded (e.g. held indefinitely at customs), or in rare situations of refusal of delivery, we encourage you to reach out to us directly via email at support@bluatlas.com. Returns & Refunds

For U.S. Customers: We offer a 30-day return/exchange window on all US orders. To initiate a return or exchange, please send our customer support team an email within 30 days of receiving your package at support@bluatlas.com with the subject “Return Request.”For return or exchange requests, please include the specific items that you wish to return, their current condition (opened, unopened, used, damaged, etc.), and the reason for the return.For returns, we can provide a printable prepaid shipping label for the return. Once you have received the return label, you will have 30 days to give the package to the specified carrier. If the package is not tendered to the carrier within 30 days of the label being issued, your order will no longer qualify for a refund.For International Customers: We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. All orders are final. For any questions regarding customer satisfaction or issues with an international order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@bluatlas.comBlu Atlas will not provide refunds for any orders shipped to the incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to make certain that the shipping address is correct before submitting their order.
  • While it's possible to request an order cancellation after placing an order, please note that once a shipping confirmation email has been sent and a tracking number assigned, we may be unable to cancel the order.
  • Product must be returned to receive a refund.
  • Once we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued.
