For U.S. Customers: We offer a 30-day return/exchange window on all US orders. To initiate a return or exchange, please send our customer support team an email within 30 days of receiving your package at[email protected]with the subject “Return Request.”
For return or exchange requests, please include the specific items that you wish to return, their current condition (opened, unopened, used, damaged, etc.), and the reason for the return.For returns, we can provide a printable prepaid shipping label for the return. Once you have received the return label, you will have 30 days to give the package to the specified carrier. If the package is not tendered to the carrier within 30 days of the label being issued, your order will no longer qualify for a refund.For

Blu Atlas will not provide refunds for any orders shipped to the incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to make certain that the shipping address is correct before submitting their order.
- While it's possible to request an order cancellation after placing an order, please note that once a shipping confirmation email has been sent and a tracking number assigned, we may be unable to cancel the order.
- Product must be returned to receive a refund.
- Once we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued.
