Shipping is insanely slow

The product is AMAZING, as always, but the shipping is insanely slow- talking over two weeks from order placed, and the order missed multiple shipping deadlines and customer service did not offer any help or suggestions at all. Again- great product. Just brutal shipping times in 2025.

Smell is amazing

I love the smell , just did not pay attention to it only being 4 oz. I thought I was sent a sample , or a travel size and the real package was still to come . Nope . That is a lot of cash for so little . This is sad for me , but now I know .

Was previously using some cheap amazon beard shampoo & conditioner, but love Blu Atlas' skincare stuff, so decided to give this a shot. It's great -- smells super nice when you put on, but doesn't leave a lingering scent. After a week or 2, I am noticing my hair is softener, and the dreaded "beard itch" has gone away. It's a small bottle, but you really don't need much for your beard anyways -- expect this will last me 2 months before reordering

Loveee this for my hair as a conditioner.

Even though this is intended for beard, I used this for my hair. Since I cannot use the actual conditioner sold by Blu Atlas due to my wheat and gluten allergies. It is an amazing hydrating conditioner for my hair. Just wish it came in a larger size.
