I have really enjoyed these and am disappointed they are being discontinued. I noticed a difference in my nails and my skin because of these, but now I have to try to find something comparable.

These taste great! Besides the flavorful mango, these cubes have a surge of beta carotene which I believe gives it its deep orange coloring. When I first take a dose, the first thing I taste would be the carrots, then behind that would be a nice ripe mango, slightly sweet. I haven’t noticed any adverse reactions, but because this does contain biotin, I am weary if my recent breakouts are due to me using this. I think for the mass population, they could see a tremendous benefit, as long as they aren’t acne-prone. I think that with continued use, paired with the hair and body oil, someone could see lots of hair benefit because blu atlas specifically put saw paImetto to help with hair strength and longevity. I also love that the blu atlas hair and skin gummies come in a large container with an easy to open lid. I also can see this being really travel-friendly, so putting some in a travel bag would be a cinch.
