Blu Atlas Shave Cream is the best I've found for use with sensitive skin and helps prevent razor bumps.

Not great lather. Too small size.

I love the Blu Atlas shaving cream as a product I can travel with because it's small enough that the TSA doesn't bother me. It would be even better if Blu Atlas made the same product in a plastic tube that was TSA acceptable; glass is great but breakable and heavier than plastic. Small thing but FYI.

I am a huge fan of BA products and would give a 6/6 for the dozen or so products I’ve used but this is the first one to fall short.

The consistency is that of the whipped foam generated by a traditional bar of shaving soap when you use a brush.

That’s not so bad- but I anticipated something much more dense that would last longer.

For that reason, I will likely not purchase again- but I think it would be a simple fix.

Recent order included free samples of 2 different colognes, one of which came with broken glass container.

Have ordered multiple times from Blu Atlas and very happy with product and service.

Love the texture and feeling.

I use with a Henson Razor and this cream is s dream.

Please ignore some of reviews stating it doesn’t lather or it didn’t work with a shaving brush.

This cream is not supposed to lather nor should you use a shaving brush.

I like this product but I seem to have to use more of the product than I anticipated since the cream seems to soak into my skin before I can shave. With that said, it does a great job with my sensitive skin.

This shave cream is the best I’ve used.
It provides great protection and allows for a smooth shave experience and with the use of the after shave moisturizer, my skin never felt better. I have no irritation or discomfort .

The best shave cream I have ever used!

I had high expectations about this highly rated shaving cream. However, to my dismay, it doesn’t work with shaving brush. It simply disappears when applied. Very disappointed.

It's a really small container, so you really want to conserve it...it goes on pretty thin. I'm used to putting on a bit more usually. I also usually use a badger brush for my shaving cream, if I used a badger brush with this, I feel like I'm using way too much.

Initially I thought there was 0 chance this shaving cream was going to work for me. I use a single blade safety razor and am use to a thick lather. The shaving cream barely covered my hair and it had grown out fairly long. But not once during my shaving experience did the blade snag at all. I had to lather and shave 3 times, again because it was fairly grown out but 0 snags and barely noticeable irritation in 1 or two spots which I attribute mostly to my course hair. I would recommend this product for any beard type and a single blade safety razor user. I cant speak to users of say a Gillette or Schick razor but for a single blade safety razor it worked great.

I am a 44-year-old male from the PNW. I have always had facial hair so I'm constantly in search of new and interesting beard care products, so I would consider myself well versed in my ability to review this product. I generally do not have sensitive skin and am able to test new products without any issues. Upon receiving the Blu Atlas Shave Cream, I noted that the glass packaging was visually appealing and minimalistic, and the product smelled clean and fresh. The texture of the shave cream is light and smooth when applied. I applied it all over my face and neck and began to shave with a razor Im very comfortable with. I noticed right away that my razor did not glide through the product easily like it does with other shave creams I use. I ended up with an ok shave, but my skin was very irritated afterward. I almost never have razor burn with my other shave products and unfortunately this one was not a great match for my skin. Although the cream did feel soothing on my skin before the shave, and I enjoyed the scent, I think I needed something with a little more of a barrier between my skin and the razor to prevent irritation.

I love this shaving cream. It is super smooth & hydrating, it does not foam at all, which I was a little skeptical of at first. The cream like texture allows my razor to glide over the skin and hair. I have tried this shave cream with a manual/disposable razor & an electric razor and have had the same successful results either way. It has a pleasant masculine scent that is not too over powering & leaves a nice lingering fragrance on the skin even after the skin is dry. I followed with the after shave & it leaves my skin baby smooth. Its such a great combo. It also is a great size for travel since it is only 2oz and the airport carry on requirement is less than 3.4oz. I travel a lot for work so this is a huge consideration for me when choosing a product for my shaving routine.
