I gave been bying the volcanic ash facial scrub for years now and i love it but the bottle that came with this order seperates and isnt mixng. Very thick on the top and almost water on the bottom. No matter how much i shake it.

The moisturizer seemed to be really old stock. It didn't look like a cream but rather was just watery. This ia the first time this has happened with Blu Atlas

I've tried all of the higher end drug store face

I love you’re product and have been a client for a while so I’m sorry to do this via this forum, but I can’t seem to get through to you guys. Wonderful variety of products

Over a long period of time I have purchased a wide assortment of Blu Atlas products re: skin, hair, and shaving. I am very pleased with all. I am 75 yrs old and I look much younger. The face and eye treatments are a big reason. My hair is easily and "non-greasily" manageable due to scalp oil, sea salt spray and hair gel. I even get a boost from the hair and skin gummies. I am happy with the company and thrilled with their products.

Vit c serum

Very happy generally with your products and I have used them for several years. The lone exception has been the Vit c serum which this order was great but other times have been dark and oxidized. Improved quality control and possibly discarding older product and replacing with newer prior to shipping would restore confidence.

I love this face wash. It cleanses gently, leaves my skin clean and hydrated and it's perfect that there's an unscented option.

Customer service sucks

Ordered a month ago, asked two weeks after purchase and was told it was out of stock, but just restocked and it would be shipped end of day. Two weeks later still haven‚Äôt got my order. I emailed and asked where is my order and was told ‚Äúit was out of stock‚Äù when they had told me that two weeks prior so I asked if I could get the other items and that they can ship that one item when it becomes available and no response. Love their brand, but will be looking into another brand after this purchase. Their customer service sucks and they just do whatever they feel like and can‚Äôt even make things right with their customers and rather ghost them.
