How Are Duties and Taxes Calculated and Displayed?

For customers residing in the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU), it is important to note that Value Added Tax (VAT) will not be separately itemized. What is the return policy?

For U.S. Customers: We offer a 30-day return/exchange window on all US orders. To initiate a return or exchange, please send our customer support team an email within 30 days of receiving your package at[email protected]with the subject “Return Request.”

For return or exchange requests, please include the specific items that you wish to return, their current condition (opened, unopened, used, damaged, etc.), and the reason for the return.For returns, we can provide a printable prepaid shipping label for the return. Once you have received the return label, you will have 30 days to give the package to the specified carrier. If the package is not tendered to the carrier within 30 days of the label being issued, your order will no longer qualify for a refund.For

International Customers: We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. All orders are final. For any questions regarding customer satisfaction or issues with an international order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at [email protected]

Blu Atlas will not provide refunds for any orders shipped to the incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to make certain that the shipping address is correct before submitting their order.

  • While it's possible to request an order cancellation after placing an order, please note that once a shipping confirmation email has been sent and a tracking number assigned, we may be unable to cancel the order.
  • Product must be returned to receive a refund.
  • Once we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued.
When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The shipping times featured during the checkout process are estimates provided by the carrier of how long the order will take to arrive once it has been processed and shipped out.

What is Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) Shipping, and Which Countries Are Eligible?

Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping is a comprehensive shipping method where all duties and taxes are included within the shipping cost upfront. This ensures that there are no additional charges upon the receipt of your order.

DDP shipping is available for the following countries: Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) member countries, Australia (AU), Mexico, Ireland, and Japan.At the point of checkout, the duties and taxes will be clearly itemized as part of your total costs, providing transparency and ease of understanding of your final purchase amount.

Specifically, for customers in the UK and the EU, product prices are displayed as "VAT-inclusive." This means that the import tax is already calculated within the product cost, ensuring a seamless shopping experience without the worry of unexpected fees.

What Happens If My Country Is Not Included in the Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) List?

For destinations outside the aforementioned Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) countries, orders are dispatched under the terms of Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Under DDU shipping, any applicable duties and taxes incurred upon the order's arrival will be the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are advised to be aware of their local customs policies and charges that may apply upon delivery.
