therefore, my overall experience is terrible.

I love the moisturizing lotion scent & effect. However, the price is high. I wish you could buy refill bottles and maybe that would save some costs.

I received this on behalf of my boyfriend to test and he’s really taken a shine to it. To start, the scent of this lotion is so good. It’s light but sticks around for a while and seems to have aquatic and mineral notes. I can always tell when he’s put it on because I’ll smell it once he’s within close proximity to me. It’s our favorite thing about it. The moisturizing properties are also great, it’s formulation utilizes shea butter, jojoba oil, and a seaweed blend to keep skin soft and supple. It’s got a light, creamy texture that absorbs into skin really well without leaving behind any residue or greasy feeling. My boyfriend has psoriasis so finding a moisturizer that soothes his skin and moisturizes deeply enough to penetrate down past multiple layers of skin without feeling too heavy or greasy has been a challenge but this product does just that. The Blu Atlas Nourishing Body Lotion is an excellent choice for head to toe hydration.As a middle aged male living in Southern California, body lotion is a must have with all of our dry, desert weather this time of year.The first thing I noticed about this lotion was the scent. It’s a unisex smell, this is just the right level of potent. I would describe it as smelling like the lobby of a luxury hotel. Fresh, with a hint of a cologne smell.I appreciate that the texture of the lotion feels rich and creamy, but it absorbs quickly into the skin. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized, but not heavy or greasy. It has excellent skin conditioning ingredients - such as sqalane, jojoba and shea butter. These ingredients protect the skin and help to condition it long term, while leaving the skin feeling silky and hydrated from the first use.Overall, this is an excellent body lotion that I will continue using and repurchasing.(This review was written by my husband- 46 years old, Native American descent, oily/combination skin with some sun damage/discoloration.)

So I got my partner the Blu Atlas nourishing body lotion. My first thoughts and his was the glass container the lotion came in. It makes it look much better than other normal lotions and something that can be left out and wouldn't look tacky on the sink or dresser etc. The lotion itself is very smooth when it is applied. The scent is very fragrant, it reminds me of the woods and incense. Blu Atlas body lotion is phenomenal how quick your skin absorbs it. You don't have the slim or oily feeling on the skin. So I do have a con, this body lotion does have alcohol in it. This does have a bit of a burning sensation when applied to very dry sensitive skin. I would recommend to do a patch test first. Other then that it is a great product, I will purchase again for my partner.

I really like the squalane to help calmirritation and the jojoba oil for quick absorption. I like the light weight and effective formula, he likes that it’s not sticky and the packaging is one of his favorite shades of blue.Where we agree to disagree is the fragrance. I love it, clary sage and light patchouli are lifelong friends of mine, as a He said the smell was okay but not for him. I will likely end up stealing the lotion from his side of the vanity, but it will get lovingly finished.

I am writing this review on behalf of my fiancé, who tested this product. This lotion is wonderful! It has a nice creamy texture which absorbs quickly into the skin. This is perfect for winter time when we are suffering from dry skin, especially on the hands. This lotion is very hydrating and my fiancé mentioned how much better his skin felt after he used it. Our favorite thing about this product, however, is the scent. To us, it kind of smells like a nice tea; I can detect hints of bergamot. I’m not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to smell like, but my fiancé and I both agreed. It’s a nice manly scent, while also avoiding smelling like a cheap cologne. My fiancé says he would definitely recommend this lotion and I am glad he has it to help heal his dry skin this winter!
