A: Volcanic ash in your face cleanser can leave your skin feeling clean, fresh, and rejuvenated because it is a natural exfoliant and detoxifier. A: It should not dry out your skin. There are no harsh astringents or chemicals that strip skin of ‘the good oils’ which keep skin looking healthy. If you have dry skin, we recommend using our Ultra-Nourishing Face Moisturizer after you cleanse with Volcanic Ash Face Cleanser. 

Q: What is the texture of the cleanser? 

A: Gel texture. When you mix it with water or apply to wet skin, it lathers and spreads easily. 

Q: What does it smell like?

A: In our opinion and that of many customers via reviews, it smells like Heaven. Joking aside, our Classic scent is a combination of bergamot orange, clary sage and patchouli; a mixture of citrus and earthy scents that smells clean. Our Fragrance-Free scent is unscented. 

Q: Is it safe to use this Cleanser around the eyes?

A: Yes, but be sure to rinse thoroughly and keep eyes shut while washing.
